I ordered a large custom sectional and matching ottoman. I love the furniture but it was much more complicated process than it should have been! Sofa arrived with wrong pillows. Had to be reordered and waited another 4 weeks and I had to go pick them up. Complications when I arrived due to how the pillow order was placed and took 30 mins to pick up the pillows. Then next day they call me that they did it wrong and my credit is goofed up. Sales person was incredibly rude to me re: their mistake. Had to ask to speak with a manager who was helpful in solving the problem. I believe all of the problems were due to the mistakes of my specific sales person. Everyone else I dealt with was very knowledgeable.

Overall everything was what you should expect when spending a decent amount of money on furniture. Ours sales rep was well informed and when asked about delivery days after the original sale, she made made sure the furniture was delivered on a day that worked well for me. The only hiccup was when the mattress was being delivered it was stained with dirt from the delivery truck, I was told by the delivery team that a member of their service team would be reaching out to set up a time to either clean or replace the mattress. I have yet to hear from anyone from Art Van about this.
I had a wonderful experience at Art Van. I recently bought a mattress from the store, I was helped by Bruce and Heidi. Finding a mattress took under 10 minutes, which is incredible. I told Bruce about my scoliosis, which he was educated on, asking me questions about my curve which helped him know ahead of time which side I slept on. Which led him to what mattress and pillow made the most sense for me. The second I tried these suggestions out, I was sold. Heidi then finished the sale, helping me with any additional items I may have needed. My experience was exceptional. I recommend anyone looking for a mattress to check out this store, and ask specifically for Bruce and/ or Heidi.
