I really wanted to use Olmstead's to dump my satellite dish and install a new HD antennae. I'm very disappointed as I approached them at the end of July. It took a week to have someone check my location and then the first excuse was that they didn't have a rope ladder for my steep roof. Then they wanted to borrow a cherry picker from a friend to install they antennae on the roof. After 3 weeks of no movement I pulled the plug, (at no cost to me). I found a company called Zieglar installations who did a great job. Find my review for them under their name. After waiting almost a month for Olmstead's to pull the trigger, Zieglars had it done in under a week from my first call.
I am a local business owner so I wanted to buy my T.V. from a local store that would service it. I bought a Sharp TV October 2015 and this was the second TV I have bought here in the last 8 years. The price was very competitive. 3 weeks after hooking up the TV the screen went blank and it won't turn back on. I called the store only to find out he does not service Sharp. I have to call Sharp and deal with a third party service company. That is what I was trying to avoid. With a 14 day return policy, a 20% restock fee, and no service, there was little to no advantage buying this Sharp TV from them. I assumed everything they sell they serviced.
