Have had my car their a few times. They always are honest, have fair prices, and work until you are satisfied. Most recently, my car was there because it lost all its gears and they sent it to a trans shop, the part needed was a 2 dollar pin. Because the trans didn't need a complete rebuild, the trans shop wanted me to pay for the tow, but reliable talked to the shop and ate the tow fees for me, just an example of how they work to please the customer.
Once we made the decision to go ahead with the repair we didn't have any regrets! The work was done on time and under the original estimate. He found ways to save us money and gave us back a car that drives perfectly. We found our mechanic in Illinois and that one is checked off the list - and they have a great fish tank with fish that look like Dori and kept my grandson mesmerized while he waited :)
We are very happy with the service we receive from Reliable Auto. The staff is fantastic and friendly. They have a loaner available for me so I don't have to miss work. They let you know when stuff is wearing down and will need to be replace so that you are not caught off guard in the near future. We drive older cars and my Honda has 268,000 miles on it. I love that they send pictures and show you what is wrong or not wrong with the car. THANK YOU for keeping my cars safe and not having a car note
It's never fun to have a car repaired but BJ explained everything that needed to be done very well in language I understood. He was patient and very accommodating while I went back and forth a couple of times, then re-explained everything to my husband.
The owner was friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. No gimmicks. Straightforward. Came clean on what the car needs which was nothing for now. Yes, unbelievable. That honesty is why I will go back.
Excellent as always. Great work at a fair price. It is rare to find a repair shop you feel good about taking your car to. I found one with Reliable. I've had a Honda Accord serviced here several times over the years including last week. They do great work and you I've never felt like they were suggesting work that wasn't needed. I've also had a Mercedes serviced here and was equally pleased. Don't think twice about using Reliable for your cars.
